Mozart's Requiem

I supposed everybody has heard the Requim of Mozart. It is just amazing, I mean, the culmination of an uncompleated life. Mozart thought that Death has asked to him to compose this Requiem (it wasn't, of course, it was a servant of a lord who wanted to say that he had written it). Mozart really believed that this man in a black cape was Death who came to ask him to compose his own Requim, the Requiem for his death.

He thought someone had poisoned him because he started to feel bad... Then he became more and more tired and he die with his family in his house. He even wrote his Requiem dying. Her sister said that his last "words" were the hum of drums of his Requiem...

That is one of the mysterious of the history... How really died Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart? We will never know it... Was it poisoned? By Salieri, maybe?

All I know is that the Requiem is a exceptional, amaizing work of art and I really it. It cringes me...
I will let you here three famous parts of his Requiem which I love so much. Listen to them because they are just incredible...The voices, the violins, how it is composed... Really nice...

I always ask about Mozart, about his feelings before he died, what he thoght about his Requiem, about Death who was coming to him... Really creepy....

Lacrimosa is a part of the Requiem I love since the moment I first listen to it (also all the Requiem, of course)... It is very special to me, I have listen to it thousand of times.... "Lacrimosa" appears in my novel The portrait of Pandora, it is the art gallery in Florence when she meets Gabriel (the son of the owner).

Dies Irae is translated "Days of wrath" so you can imagine the power it has. That's so amazing, the hearts stops beating from the beginning of this "Dies irae, dies illa..." Wonderful!

Rex Tremendae Majestatis...Ooooh I really love it! The beginning is also wonderful! Amazing! How the vocals fit perfectly and the first violins...WOW Soo creepy... How can somebody compose such a perfect work? Incredible...

I am a fan... A totally fan of Mozart's Requiem
